Terrible idea, I object to such a selfish plan!
As a young man with a partner, looking to start a family i chose the area based on a number of things but mainly the local green belt - with this destroyed (as proposed) I will not stay to bring my children up in an overcrowded area, where the traffic will constantly be at a standstill and the air will be unclean!
