Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

The plan involves a substantial change to the character of Grappenhall Heys. Currently the area is suburban with that made onbious at the point of entry. There are fields to the side and farms with some farm animals there. To the Residents of Warrington and surrounding areas this makes this place special making many visitors travel to Grappenhall Heys for this experience.
The current plans include transformation of the farms and fields at the entry to create Residential area but also to add "Local Centres". This will completely change the character of the place and remove this hidden gem from the map of Warrington.

Modification if applicable

I propose removal of the top most "local centre" on the map at the paragraph 10.2.16. Also, I would like to propose ideally retainment of the farms and fields to certain extend at the entrance to Grappenhall Heys from West. We could create a buffer zone to ensure that the character of the place is retained and the value of what unique this area brings to Warrington and local communities is not lost.
