Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

Soundness It is not changed enough from the original plan.
It is based on excessive growth rate and unrealistic delivery.
It does not clearly prioritise Brown Field land over Green Belt land.
Road and Social infrastructure are inadequate for the scale of this plan.

Duty to cooperate - I do not feel that enough has been done to the plan in light of objections already raised by the Residents of Warrington.

Modification if applicable

The plan needs scaling back to use realistic growth and delivery rates.
Infrastructure issues must be detailed more precisely within the plan.
There must be clear prioritisation of Brown Field site use before using the Green Belt land.
