Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

No justification for predicted growth. No need for the volume of housing or mass of employment land. No justification for the scale of Green Belt land release. No need for harm to air quality and local ecology. No need to destroy the landscape and character of the villages. Means of delivery not clear. Already poor transport infrastructure will not be able to cope with increased levels of traffic. Post pandemic business has changed and the climate emergency requires us to use brown field sites, not Green belt land.
