No justification for predicted growth. No need for the volume of housing or mass of employment land. No justification for the scale of Green Belt land release. No need for harm to air quality and local ecology. No need to destroy the landscape and character of the villages. Means of delivery not clear. Already poor transport infrastructure will not be able to cope with increased levels of traffic. Post pandemic business has changed and the climate emergency requires us to use brown field sites, not Green belt land.
I am sure the Council will have done all they can to ensure compliance.

No need for harm to air quality and local ecology. No need to destroy the landscape and character of the villages. Means of delivery not clear. Already poor transport infrastructure will not be able to cope with increased levels of traffic. Post pandemic business has changed. There are so many empty and unused commercial premises these should be developed and re-purposed before Green Belt land is ever considered for development. The climate emergency requires us to use brown field sites, not Green belt land.
