Deacons Close at the best of times isn't a safe road to walk down due to cars having to park on the pavements to make the road accessible. Pedestrians have to navigate around the cars on the road, including children walking to school.
The village is already grid locked due to the traffic cutting through from the M6 towards the M62 and Risley business parks.
The site is directly next to the local school and the noise/pollution for the next 2/3 years would be unacceptable.
An application to build a single dwelling has already been rejected on this land and now the proposal is to build 75 dwellings on the back of a small housing estate with restricted access, this is totally unacceptable.
The fields and surrounding areas already flood with major damage caused.
