Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

The plan will impinge on and damage a number of Ramscar, SPAs and SAC sites. The impingement is due to the proximity of development to the sites. The increase in traffic, both motorised and on foot will lead to increased water pollution, increased air pollution, possible erosion and the other problems associated with entitled people exercising, ie, disregard of surroundings and wildlife.

Modification if applicable

Improvement of local transport to reduce car traffic. Improvemnent of the town infrastructure for the same reason. More protection for the sites either through much wider corridors between development and the sites so pedestrians don't feel the need to exercise their dogs where small animals and birds are nesting. Fly tipping is an ongoing problem and unfortunately, since I can't understnd why people do it, I can't suggest any solution to it either. In short, I would like to see the town centre redeveloped and opened up while SpAs, SACs and Ramscar sites are also further developed and better protected.
