Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

I play basketball all over the country and I am disgusted how poor my school Bridgwater High is to some of the schools we visit. The school is old and tired with very narrow corridors and poor sporting facilities. How will this plan effect the school and facilities where I live. Many house are being built but very little is being done to improve the school. When I need to go and play basketball recently at the ball hall I can't get there without my parents giving me a lift, the busses are poor and ver infrequent, how will the local plan improve this. New house on green belt, these will not be affordable when I leave school where will be affordable housing in proximity to facilities? We need younger persons housing in the town centre, this will provide access to town centre and to Liverpool or Manchester for work, night out or shopping.
