The people of Warrington do not want this amount of expansion.
The infrastructure will not cope with that many people in the area.
The facilities in south warrington are minimal as it is, adding extra housing without adding better facilities is ridiculous..... don't do it !
Existing housing will be devalued, existing roads will become unmanageable... Stockton Heath is already gridlocked at certain times of the day.
The new housing being built at the moment is too small and too tightly packed together and inappropriate for modern families.
