Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
There is supposed to be no more building in any green belt land, which this plan totally goes against.
There are plenty of brownfield sites available in the local area which are not being considered
The volume of extra traffic that there would be as a result of the number of extra homes would only make the existing poor air pollution even worse.
The boundaries between Lymm and warrington would be almost none existent if more fields are built on in Statham.
The roads would not be able to cope with extra traffic that would be on the roads if the land near M56/M6 were built on.
Modification if applicable
I would only accept a plan to be legal if brownfield sites were built on as currently required in England.
