Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

The new plan reduces the Green Belt considerably in South Warrington through the building of new houses and the expansion of warehousing facilities. I cannot see how this can be justified. More importantly how will you stop further development of green belt sites when this precedent is set. Please look more carefully at brown field sites in Warrington before plundering our precious countryside. Also in South Warrington existing infrastructure is stretched and not fit for purpose . Where are the specifics in the plan to cope with increased population? Increased Traffic? Increased demand for school places? Doctors surgeries.?

Modification if applicable

Don't build on greenbelt land. Leave it for the benefit of all now and for future generations. Lay out comprehensive plans for improving infrastructure in South Warrington in particular. Use brownfield sites for building new housing.
Explain where the demand for new housing is coming from.
