Croft soon will be the parking lot of the northwest!
2/ road access to site of building hardly now accessible, with off road parking, imagine lorries trucks etc. Trying to access the small B road.
3/ Green belt will be susceptible to more intensive building. Overflowing into neighboring green belt.
4/ 75 houses proposed with at least one car probably two to each house not counting visitors.
5 /village will not exist only a bypass to get from one point to another.
6 /No facilities for the elderly, or the young (clinics) transport facilities non existent. Shop.
