Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
I am not a legal professional so cannot comment on the legalities.
However I am of the view that the local plan will cause significant transport problems for the town and disrupt the habitat of wildlife.
Modification if applicable
Removal of all developments south of the ship canal. The road infrastructure struggles at preset and will simply not cope with the addition of thousands of houses.

Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
The road network cannot cope with current traffic levels south of ship canal. This will also bring additional strain on the M6 and M56.
Destruction of green space and wildlife habitat
