Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

Unrealistic economic forecasts by Council. Insufficient road/vehicle movement infrastructure dependent upon overstretched roads & bridges. No new routes into W.Ton from South East. Inadequate single crossings of Bridgewater canal.. Increased reliance on escalating road traffic entirely contrary to Climate Change objectives. Decrease in quality of air and atmosphere over and around Warrington and suburbs, especially along the bottom of the Mersey valley , following the routes of the M/Cr. ship canal and the Mersey. No apparent provision for increases in the essential services of Policing, Fire protection,Health centres, schools, leisure etc.No time lines for the provision of these essential services prior to a surge in population increases.

Modification if applicable

Rebuilding, restructuring of North to South vehicle routes to reduce North/South congestion on A49 by HGV's . Provision of essential Police, Fire, Health and Educational facilities on a priority basis before any Residential building cmmences.
