Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

Firstly the traffic from the site with so many houses and business premises proposed will have a huge impact on the roads around Penketh which have to cope with excessive amounts of traffic especially backing up from Penketh Lane Ends which means local traffic have trouble getting out of side roads since Mersey Gateway and the new road at Bankquay station not to mention the Western link which I envisage will also cause bottlenecks. Secondly the area round Fiddles Ferry Pub/marina is the only open space for Penketh Residents to walk and this should be enhanced for leisure like other areas of Warrington not a housing estate.

Modification if applicable

Fiddlers ferry land made more accessible for the local community of Penketh and not just filled with housing and business premises, nothing has been done for this area of Warrington unlike areas of inner Warrington also ensure green belt exists between Warrington and Widnes
