This is not a sound plan. Loss of too much green belt. Far too many houses proposed for south Warrington causing very significant infrastructure problems and loss of village atmosphere in Stockton Heath, Stretton, Appleton Thorn.
No justification for predicted growth.
No justification for the release of green belt land. ALL brownfield sites must be used before any consideration is given to the release of green belt land.
Existing infrastructure cannot cope with current demands, any increase in housing in south Warrington will lead to total chaos.
This plan does not provide a duty of care for the current residence of South Warrington.
