The draft plan is fundamentally unsound in that it does NOT defend the green belt which should be sacrosanct, does not relate additional infrastructure to the suggested WILDLY EXCESSIVE amount of building planned and erroneously assumes that vast numbers of new people will come to Warrington which is avoidable.
