Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

Lack of infrastructure - roads and bridges in particular, in Warrington are significantly congested and addition to the local area of further employment facilities and housing will only serve to worsen this problem.

There is no detail about the associated increase that would be needed in education, transport, health services with local health services in particular being already overstretched and schools at maximum capacity.

There should be a requirement for regeneration developments to firstly use brownfield sites, before using green spaces and Greenbelt land eg Peel Hall and Thelwall Heys. This does not seem justifiable.

There is no justification for the predicted growth and no need for the volume of housing and mass of employment land suggested.
