Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
The expansion of houses in the area is a detriment to the environment. The environment in particular green belt land should be of paramount importance to the local government in the light of the climate crisis we are facing.
The numbers of houses and the facilities and infrastructure needed will increase traffic flow whilst destroying opportunities to to have land which enables us for example to absorb carbon from the atmosphere.
Modification if applicable
The plan needs to show factual reasons which show how this expansion can be carbon neutral and meet a green agenda.
