This plan goes against existing green belt plan only put in place 7 years ago.
I do not believe there is justification for the number of bodies needed.
The plan is mainly based in south Warrington where there are far fewer facilities to support this development. There are no school places, doctors or dentist places and the roads are already congested.
The existing access to the motorways does not support the number of houses proposed.
More brown fields and other sites should be considered first.
