The Governors of Oakwood Avenue Primary School are looking to recruit an additional experienced cleaning staff to join our existing team. 

The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team and be flexible to meet the operational needs of our school. 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Takes pride in their work and has high standards in terms of cleanliness and housekeeping 
  • Is reliable and trustworthy
  • Hardworking with great attention to detail
  • Has a minimum of six months cleaning experience (in a school is preferred but not essential).
  • Flexible around working hours

Salary: Grade 1 SCP 2 (£22,366 per annum pro rata) 

Hours: 10 hours per week over five days Monday to Friday (16.00pm – 18.00pm). Term time only plus 6 weeks during school holidays for deep cleans.
