The role

Christ Church CE Primary School seek to appoint a self-motivated, caring individual to join our team of Mid-day assistants supervising children during the lunch break. We are open to recruiting for this position a Senior MDA who will take a wider role in supervising accident and first-aid recording in addition to the general co-ordination of our super MDA team.

Previous experience not required for the general MDA role; however, individuals should be able to display a caring, common-sense attitude to children. For applicants interested in the Senior MDA role, previous recent experience of MDA work would be a requirement.

Hours per week subject to appointed role:

  • If MDA – to be discussed at interview
  • If Senior MDA – to be discussed at interview

A sense of humour will also be valued! Training will be provided on the job and at selected times during the year. The willingness to undertake first aid training is essential for the post.
