The role

We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic Quality Assurance (QA) Senior Practitioner (for a full-time 12 month fixed term vacancy) with good relational, communication and analytical skills. A committed Quality Assurance practitioner who will support with the continued improvement of practice and development of social care staff. Will be focused and skilled at evidence based good practice and able to share findings from research to a wide social care staff group.

This role will support the delivery of the quality assurance framework and processes and support and assist staff with practice improvement. The QA role is a busy and challenging job that requires you to show initiative and creativity and to complete and share findings from audits and reports to staff and management.

Your role will also support the embedding of the systemic practice model working with children and families and you will have close links with the different children’s services teams.

The Quality Assurance Senior Practitioner role will support with the induction of new staff and support with and delivery of training.

What's needed?

The role is open to those with substantial experience of working within Children’s Services and social care settings.

You will need a Social Work Degree or Equivalent Social Worker qualification.

You will need to be registered with Social Work England.
