You will also be a key player in providing financial support to the Council’s newly created Incrementum Housing Companies that operate outside of core council business, which require timely financial support to enable the Directors to discharge their duties effectively.

Our work is varied and priorities in the team can change on a day to day basis, and so you are happy to be flexible in your approach and encouraged to bring new ideas forward.

Benefits

As well as a competitive salary, working for us means you get:

  • 26 days annual holiday - raising to 31 after 5 years of service (pro-rata)
  • Access to our attractive and competitive benefits package
  • Access to our Health & Wellbeing Programme
