About us

The Communities & Wellbeing service runs the Councils community centres, developing them into thriving community venues. The service also provides support and guidance to Warrington residents who need help to improve their physical or mental wellbeing.  

This role will be based at Fearnhead Community Centre and will report to the Partnerships & Programmes Manager.

The role

You will provide a reception service at Fearnhead Community centre, dealing with all enquiries whether they be in person, via phone or email. You will provide admin support to the wider team which will include taking notes at meetings, drafting reports and publicity materials and keeping the service web pages up to date.

What's needed?

You need to have good communication skills and have experience of dealing with members of the public. You will need to have a friendly and helpful manner and be organised as Fearnhead Community Centre is a busy place with lots of people using it on a daily basis.

You need to be confident using Microsoft Office and have experience of providing admin support to a busy and diverse team.
