The role 

POST: TEACHER REQUIRED as soon as possible

SALARY: M1 to UPS3 (£30,000 to £46,525), plus SEN 1 (£2,539) HOURS: 32.5 hrs per week

CONTRACT: Full time fixed term contract (start date either asap or 2 terms from Jan 25 to the end of Summer term 2025)

Woolston 6th Form College is a 16-19 provision for students with ASD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). Two enthusiastic Teachers are required to work with young people with a range of SEN, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The post is to teach an Entry Level vocational course plus other subjects including PSHE, Mathematics and English to Entry Level and Pre- Entry Level.

Our staff will make the education of the students their first concern, and are key to them achieving the highest possible outcomes. You should be creative, energetic, enthusiastic and have a good sense of humour! You will have high expectations and be committed to helping students to become confident, secure and happy learners.
