Summary of comments

There is also a significant flooding risk in parts of South Warrington and the additional planned houses and the concreting of green areas will increase the flooding risk to local communities.
There is a lack of local infrastructure for the proposed houses and local services are already under significant strain. Where are the guarantees of additional roads, medical centres, schools and leisure centres? (and another recycling centre)
The air pollution is also reaching dangerous levels in the area and the additional traffic is likely to exceed the WHO pollution limits and affect the health of young children and elderly people who are recovering from the Covid pandemic.
