I'm also concerned that there is a lack of infrastructure and additional planning to support the number of new houses in the proposal. There are no guaranteed schools and health centres in the plan and only a commitment for a small junction on the A49 which is inadequate for the additional traffic the houses will generate. Local infrastructure is already at breaking point with significant difficulties in getting doctors and dentist appointments.
