If planning is given for significant numbers of additional homes, there should be a firm undertaking to provide new schools and medical and leisure centres as a condition of approval.

No. of new homes based on dubious estimates of growth. Plan will worsen existing infrastructure issues. Green Belt should only be an option once all brownfield land has been utilised.
