Requests access to traffic modelling data used to validate that road network around Statham can support additional traffic. Suggests roads are already unsafe - additional development will amplify this issue. Concern for increased noise and air pollution - negative impact on quality of life of residents. Concern for increased flood risk. Requests data to demonstrate development will not cause additional issues within the area. Questions whether developers will be required to make provision to enhance leisure facilities in area.

Questions whether impact of development in surrounding boroughs has been taken into consideration. Questions whether Tanyard Farm development has been taken into consideration in analysis for this development. Illegal to cycle along section of Bridgewater Canal tow path - cannot therefore be promoted as a cycle route. Questions measures in place to protect remaining wildlife. If leisure facilities are to be provided at Sowbrook, consideration should be given for pedestrian crossing.
