In the immortal words ? you cannot be serious? how can you even suggest further development along Rushgreen Road without insisting on mitigating measures. The ugliest would be to put a steel barrier alongside the pavement. This will have interesting consequences for heavy vehicle traffic. The other option would be to create cut throughs to the Bridgwater Canal and improve the surface.
