Green Belt should not be released for housing or employment needs - brownfield sites should be priority. Figures for future housing need are out of date. Development will amplify existing issues with pollution. Infrastructure/services should be in place prior to further development in South Warrington. Focus needed on town centre regeneration. Plan is not fit for purpose and is contrary to Government directives - plan should not move forward until it is revised.
