Site should be protected and respected due to listed building, ecology and its natural beauty. Flooding is already an issue in the area. Congestion/pollution would be considerably worse if development were to go ahead. Infrastructure would be put under huge strain by additional residents. Loss of character and leisure amenity of site could have negative impact on health and wellbeing of residents.
