Road network already insufficient - roads are dangerous at certain times of day. Green Belt should be protected and brownfield land utilised in light of climate change mitigation goals. Housing is unlikely to be affordable to local people, new residents will likely commute elsewhere for work, thus increasing vehicle usage. Affordable housing should be located near town centre.
