Objects to release of Green Belt in South/South East Warrington as consultation was improper; alternative brownfield sites are available; insufficient infrastructure in the area to support development; plan to release Green Belt is contrary to declared climate emergency; total fertility rate is low and decreasing, therefore the no. of homes proposed is too high; increasing residency will not drive economic growth as area is largely a commuter town; increased flood risk. Additionally the plan is at odds with the majority of residents wishes.
