Summary of comments

There is no justification for the greenbelt release to be almost entirely in the South Warrington area. I do not accept that all possible alternative brownfield sites have been exhausted - I see empty business, warehouse and office sites all over the place.
South Warrington is already congested and there is a lack of detail in the transport plans ? particularly crossing the Manchester Ship Canal. This would be of concern enough but with the additional housing stated in the plan the traffic would increase congestion. Sustainability should be central to the plan.
