Extremely disappointed that the latest local plan for review has not taken into account any of the residents? views from last time.?Also disappointed that figures have not been updated e.g. actual houses built to date since 2017 and proper inclusion of brownfield sites such as Fiddlers Ferry. ?I had hoped WBC would have welcomed the opportunity to include these sites before any release of green belt.?Brexit and climate change considerations bring in to focus the need to value local farmland. Warrington has unique road issues with its various waterways dividing the Borough and limited crossings. Already issues on the surrounding motorway network and journeys across Warrington are too long forcing people to access services and facilities in other directions. Existing health infrastructure is inadequate. There is no justification for the housing target and up to date data has not been used. Individual villages will be lost. Too much development proposed in south Warrington generally. Proposals at Thelwall Heys will also cause traffic chaos. Lockdown emphasised the importance of accessible open spaces. Residents views should be heard.
