Plan will impact quality of life of existing residents. Poor transport links in the area will cause significant congestion/pollution. Absence of new transport links will result in car dependent suburbs. Concern for road safety due to increased traffic. No clarity on infrastructure delivery to support development. No consideration for impact of development on ancient woodland. Not satisfied that WBC have explored alternatives to Green Belt release. Suggests that if plan proceeds, legal efforts to prevent it's delivery will be explored.
