Long term resident of the area - notes development since New Town era has caused increased traffic congestion/pollution and reduced air quality. Congestion in Stockton Heath is particularly bad. Ongoing development of 4000 homes is already adding to existing issues in area. Questions why brownfield sites around the town centre are not being developed - greater focus needed on town centre regeneration.
