This chapter states it will join onto existing cycle paths in Penketh, there isn't any! Penketh is poorly served on that front. It would be great if the opportunity was taken to extend the cyclepath along the full stretch of the A562 from it's junction with the A57 up to the new development, even better if that could be extended through the new development to integrate with the trans penine trail and national cycle path network for onward travel to widnes, or extent along the A562 all the way to widnes
