Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

peel hall has been subject to ,several costly court cases that the council tax payer has had to fund and that were refused by the enquiry.Yet the developer keeps trying to develop this land. This is despite reassurances from Mr S Broomfield that the area was green belt and would be removed from future local plans, This reassurance has not been complied with and Warrington Council continues to leave the area in its plan despite the repeated objections of the local people. This is yet another example of a broken promise being introduced in a backhanded way and the area must be removed from the local plan
The plan even states that the land is unsuitable for development yet it continues to leave it in . Surely the so called planning officer should be removed from his position as clearly he/she does not appreciate the promises made by senior officers and is breaching the bond of trust in the Council and its scheming

Modification if applicable

remove Peel Hall from the plan
remove the planning officer from his position
remove the executive officer who made false promises
