Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

Infrastructure- proposals to support extent of housing not specific and/or SMART - in terms of impact on local traffic in areas affected (Stockton Heath, Grappenhall, Grappenhall Hey, Appleton) and the motorway network. Vague assurances on motorway improvements are included but are not SMART. There is no new route into the Town Centre from the South East with a reliance on old swing bridges which are already traffic bottlenecks.

Green Belt - reduction in green belt land by 5% with a significant hit in the Urban Extension in south east Warrington. Seems to be limited environmental and ecological impact assessment.

Modification if applicable

Infrastructure - new access arrangements from South East.

Infrastructure - diversion of traffic away from Stockton Heath (which is one large car park at peak times)

Infrastructure - costings and timings for motorway network enhancements.

Environment and Ecological - risk assessment and a costed mitigation plan.
