Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

It would appear that the feedback from from the original proposal has been largely ignored. There is absolutely no justification to use any Green Belt land when there is a significant amount of under-utilised brownfield sites.
Furthermore, no consideration has been given to the inevitable impact of increased population and associated congestion. There are already several 'bottlenecks' within the road networks of South Warrington - more time, attention and investment should be directed towards resolving these - not adding to them.

Modification if applicable

The entire Local Plan needs to be revisited once again. No Green Belt destruction and a credible recognition of the existing transportation and traffic issues - and a plan to resolve them. Investment should be directed to support existing facilities and infrastructure (where they are failing) rather than adding to the problem.
