This site is in green belt listed area it is promoted by a large builder, were it to be built it would put additional pressure on the main A574 a road that is already overburdened opposite both a primary school and Culcheth High School.A recipe for disaster which is avoidable. there are very little facilities for young people in the village and no plans to improve the situation.there is one medical practice in the village which struggles to fulfil its purpose and certainly wouldn't cope with two hundred extra families. the public transport for this area is poor to say the least.This would be a continuing build up of houses along Warrington road from Culcheth through to the east lancs road destroying the last piece of Green belt land .For all of the above mentioned reasons I am against this development.
