Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

This area is a very well used are for all of Warrington Residents to get out into the open air and woodlands and easily accessible from the denser conurbations of town, It is a last vestige for natural wildlife and well known for its fauna and flora. [Especially now that Peel Hall and Parkside is going ahead and we have Fiddlers Ferry to expand into].
The area is very constrained by the bridgewater canal single lane tunnel add in that currently at school times traffic creates a great deal of congestion, pollution and road safety concerns, the road system clearly cannot cope with current traffic requirements the idea that thousands more vehicles will not cause mayhem is ludicrous. London road is already constantly stopped by the requirements of Stockton Heath Village and the MSC bridge. Any motorway issues just add to the traffic issues in Warrington and specifically this area.
The promise of new schools only exasapates the traffic issues and the promise of new social infrastructure has no basis fact just look at the Bridgewater centre you cant even keep that in reasonable condition it is well known that developers only responsibility is to their shareholders so the promise of affordable housing and social centres, doctors and shops is not worth the paper it's printed on
