Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

I believe the local plan is unsound as the estate that is already in place is only small and the infrastructure would not be enough to allow a further possible 100+ cars per day to come into and off this existing estate with any surety of safety.
The infrastructure of Croft would be unable to cope with so many cars, especially Lord Street and down into Culcheth.

Modification if applicable

If the plan for 75 extra houses goes forward for the area of Croft off Deacons Close there should be an entry and exit purposely built away from Deacons Close as the safety of all the current Residents would be compromised as it is already an area where great care needs to be taken purely because of the number of vehicles already in use on this estate.
As there are further plans for 400+ houses at a later date in Croft and a potential for another 1500 houses to be built in the future in Croft by Peel Holdings this will destroy the village as it is and create a hazardous road network as from past experience with Warrington Borough council regarding all the houses that have been built in the area of Lymm, which I have moved from, whatever the developers promise regarding renewing infrastructure and local amenities I know from past experience that this does not happen. Lymm has been decimated by the amount of houses built and now Warrington Borough council, if they approve this new site will be doing exactly the same as they did to lymm. If you allow Deacons Close to have the extra houses built this will open the gate for many developers to come and completely destroy the village.
