Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

Having reviewed the draft plan I believe it simply cannot be delivered and is unsound. I draw particular focus to the SWUE in which there is irreversible damage and unethical damage to greenbelt areas. These are the character and drive appeal/affluence to the area. Greenbelt designation is there for a clear purpose and in current climate - should be more precious and respected than ever. There are substantial brownfield sites that MUST be prioritised and maximised first. Current plan will bring significant stationary traffic, due to the current exhausted an immobile infrastructure rising air pollution and noise levels.
There has been clearly little consideration in how the infrastructure will support housing proposals. Both Lumb Brook Road and a41 are beyond capacity, due to their single lane restrictions. It is simply unsound and alternative routes must be in place BEFORE such considerations are made. It should not take 40min to travel from south Warrington to both stations.
Affordable housing cannot be ?affordable? in the designated areas. It is simply unsound. I also believe the calculations for housing numbers are based on incorrect and 2014 numbers. They require refresh. We must also wait for clear national and government policy before tabling plan.

Modification if applicable

No greenbelt development given the abundance of brownfield that must be prioritised.
A plan based on accurate and upto date 2021 statistics and fresh housing need numbers in affordable areas.
Clear government direction on planning policy
