Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

1) By the very nature of this document allowing for ones representation, and ability to be empowered in choice, there should be clear definitions in layman's terms to the statements of choice so all can exact informed decision making. This is not the case and a potential proactive deterrent to objections being made to the local plan
2)The manipulation of Green Belt land use for such development is not appropriate when climate change is so significant.
The plan drives road use, congestion and poor air quality. Particularly South Warrington already has significant need for transport and bridge investment outstanding.
Green belt land use had been introduced for a reason and policy changed to suit only where in the interests of higher government, councils and businesses.
No where is there clear plans to create affordable housing with environmental benefit consideration, such as carbon neutral properties... It is all based on profiteering.
No sound links to protection and future development of health and wellbeing of local communities, indeed it would be destroying safe environments for exercise and recreation
