Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

Brownfield regeneration should be considered first before building on pristine green belt. Loss of huge amounts of greenbelt in s environmental emergency is not justified.
Over 4200 new houses in South Warrington will have a ridiculously huge impact on the existing road network where it is already very busy.
The environmental impact on air quality is not justified.
The plans for one new bridge in latchford is lacking in detail on how this will be delivered and it's impact on traffic flow in the area especially when this is increased.
