Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
1. Brownfield regeneration should be considered first before releasing green belt
2. Infrastructure and traffic - there are no plans to manage the impact of new housing on existing roads
3. Six 56 is the wrong type of business - putting more logistics next to a congested motorway would be foolish. Local Residents already suffer with heavily congested roas on a frequent basis due to motorway accidents.
