Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

Issues with infrastructure with current plan proposal: impact on green belt not acceptable, plenty of brown field sites in Warrington that can be regenerated. Impact on Stockton Heath - lack of sufficient parking, inadequate road accessibility and air pollution issues. Broad Lane and Church Lane need to be access only as being used as a ?rat run? by employees of the current commercial units as a cut through at Barley Castle; this includes inappropriate lorries travelling over Stanney Lunt Bridge. Broad Lane speed restriction needs reducing to 40 then a 30 zone from the current 50 and 40 zone, with a speed camera or even better, 30 and 20. The cut through issue is a problem throughout Grappenhall where people won?t use the main roads and cut through Residential areas.
The motor way junction at Lymm not adequate, can?t cope with the current volume of traffic as it is.
There is not sufficient GP access; in the future you can build an additional surgery but staffing is a significant barrier, the building won?t be the issue it?s the national shortage of GP?s, nurses and AHP?s

Modification if applicable

See above in relation to Broad Lane and Church Lane.
